Michael Zardo has been the Lucia assistant winemaker since 2002. Growing up in the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA, Mike naturally found himself drawn towards wine. His resume includes a B.S. in Enology from the California State University, Fresno. Besides making wine at other California wineries, Mike has completed two harvests in New Zealand. After completion of the Lucia harvest each year, he travels to the Southern Hemisphere where another harvest is starting.

Megan Glaab is a native to Monterey County, California, and was raised with a passion for food and wine. She followed her dream to be a winemaker to the University of Adelaide in Australia, where she obtained a degree in Oenology. After four years of studying and making wine in Australia, she returned to Monterey with her husband, also a California winemaker. The shared philosophy in the importance of family, friends and winemaking drew Megan to the Pisoni Family and Lucia Vineyards and Winery. She enjoys working side by side with Jeff and Michael.
