Jeff Pisoni is the winemaker for Lucia. As early as eight years old, he remembers learning winemaking terms—yeast, punch-downs, fermentation—from his father that soon became part of his everyday vocabulary. Jeff went on to graduate from the California State University, Fresno with a degree in Enology. After gaining hands on experience at other premium wineries, he began making wine full time with the family.
